Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wollongong, NSW, for a Leasing Consultant. Core responsibilities include assisting with leasing residential properties, conducting property showings, liaising with tenants and property owners, preparing leasing documents, and managing inquiries. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with the property management team, and supporting overall leasing operations to meet company goals and uphold excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, property owners, and tenants
Proficiency in relationship management
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing leasing documentation and schedules
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Previous experience in real estate, leasing, or customer service is preferred but not required
