We are seeking a detail-focused and proactive Purchasing Officer to join our Manufacturing team at our Luscombe Head Office - conveniently located between the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll sit at the centre of operations, ensuring materials are ordered accurately, delivered on time, and production continues without disruption. You’ll also be responsible for reviewing technical plans and raising labour works orders for various subcontractors. You’ll work across multiple projects with tight timelines, where accuracy, organisation and follow-through aren’t optional - they’re what keeps everything moving.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractor works
* Review plans and coordinate purchasing to support production requirements
* Expedite materials to meet timelines and avoid delays
* Monitor and resolve supply issues impacting operations
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery
* Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
* Support cost control measures and month-end activities, including stocktake
What You’ll Bring
* Purchasing experience within construction, manufacturing or similar
* Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail across pricing, quantities and documentation
* Experience using systems (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Office
* Support cost control measures and month-end activities, including stocktake
