The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Civil Designer to contribute to a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Queensland. You'll work closely with engineers and project teams to deliver high‑quality civil design outputs using industry‑standard software.
The role is primarily Brisbane-based, with occasional travel to nearby project locations as required. With several multi‑year projects underway and more planned, this position offers stability, technical variety, and the chance to make a meaningful contribution to essential community infrastructure.
About You
You're a detail‑oriented and proactive Civil Designer with experience in water, wastewater, or broader water‑infrastructure environments. You bring strong technical capability, a collaborative mindset, and confidence working across different stages of design delivery.
You'll also bring:
* Demonstrated experience as a Civil Designer within water, wastewater, or related infrastructure
* Proficiency in 12D, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD for civil design and documentation
* Experience delivering civil design for water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, treatment plant civil works, network upgrades, and associated infrastructure
* Ability to produce accurate design models, drawings, and documentation aligned with industry and client standards
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders
* The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment
