Our capability allows us to offer turnkey solutions for complex projects and spans every project phase, from design and manufacture to through-life-support, condition monitoring and data analytics, fleet maintenance, operations and comprehensive overhaul of assets, and decommissioning.

Job Description

As the Administration Officer, you will work as part of the Business Services Team to:

* Oversee the daily administrative operations of TMF Office, ensuring a well‐organized and efficient workplace
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
* Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain updated, easily accessible and confidentiality as required
* Plan and coordinate events, travel, meetings, and conferences as required
* Assist with financial reconciliation reporting for expenses, ensuring their operations are efficient and effective

To be successful in this role, you must:

* Have 2+ years' experience working in an administrative role
* Be willing to complete Cert III or IV in Business Administration throughout employment
* Sound understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software
* Scheduling and calendar management experience
* Ability to manage the workflow and internal systems to ensure timely responses to all internal and external correspondence to the relevant business areas
* Flexibility to work in other areas of the business as required
