For Automotive Workshop Controllers and Workshop Managers to efficiently manage daily workshop operations for a reputable automotive service centre.

A permanent full-time role within a clean, well-equipped modern workshop environment in a regional location.

* Requires: Experience working in an OEM or new car dealership environment, strong workshop management and scheduling skills.
* Salary guide: $ $40.00 per hour including leave loading.
* Location: north-western New South Wales.

Your normal day will involve:

* Managing daily workshop workflow, job scheduling, and monitoring technician productivity.
* Ensuring all workshop operations meet OEM quality and safety standards for brands including Mazda, Nissan, Isuzu, and U brands.

* Proven workshop controller experience within an OEM or new car dealership.
* Strong operational and team management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of OEM policies, quality standards, and workshop safety compliance.
