The Brisbane team is led by experienced Practice Leaders who have over 14 years' experience in complex litigation and played key roles in many high-profile matters.
The Opportunity
This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join the Class Actions team in Brisbane. Whether your background is in plaintiff or defendant practice, you'll gain the ideal balance of autonomy and mentorship.
You'll take a leading role in case strategy, expert evidence, large-scale discovery and investigations into potential new class actions-while also mentoring juniors and working collaboratively within a supportive national team.
What you'll bring
* 5+ years' PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution (class action experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong drafting, strategic thinking and advocacy skills
* A passion for justice and willingness to challenge the status quo
* The ability to connect with clients, colleagues and stakeholders through clear, empathetic communication
* Energy, motivation and a collaborative mindset
