The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of all façade works on a landmark $140M luxury apartment tower in Burleigh Heads. You will coordinate trades, drive programme, and ensure exceptional quality and safety standards across a complex, multi-level build.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate façade trades and subcontractors
* Drive programme, sequencing, and daily site activities
* Ensure high-quality delivery in line with project specifications
* Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance
* Liaise with site management and project teams to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in a Foreman/Supervisory role (façade focus)
* QBCC Site Supervisor's Licence (essential)
* Proven experience on large-scale, multi-level construction projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage programme, quality, and subcontractors effectively
