 
        
        What You Will Do 
As a Senior Mechatronics Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement automated systems that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality across our global waste processing operations. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Design and optimize industrial automation systems and factory layouts 
Analyze production data and recommend process improvements 
Lead integration of sensors, actuators, and control systems including PLC and HMI 
Collaborate with global teams and external suppliers 
Support system testing, commissioning, and ongoing performance monitoring 
Ensure compliance with safety standards including OSHA, ANSI, and ISO 
Travel internationally to support installations and upgrades 
What you bring: 
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering 
Five or more years of hands-on experience in automation or mechatronics 
Solid knowledge of PLC and HMI programming and industrial control systems 
Proficiency in SolidWorks including 2D and 3D modeling, BOMs, and assemblies 
Experience with lean principles and process optimization 
Excellent communication and project coordination skills 
A passion for solving complex problems and working across cultures 
Flexibility and enthusiasm for international travel
