Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer who will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, retention, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government funding in the healthcare sector and be able to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. They will also be responsible for managing employee records, conducting training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the healthcare sector
* Strong understanding of government funding in the healthcare sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
