Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of hotel financial, operational and strategic goals
* Lead people initiatives, training, culture and engagement
* Maintain strong on‐floor presence to elevate guest experience
* Oversee WHS, compliance and responsible business practices
* Contribute to business planning, reporting and asset optimisation
* Represent the hotel during VIP visits, events and community activities
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 2 years' senior hotel leadership experience
* Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments
* Proven leadership capability with a focus on culture and performance
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial mindset with budgeting and reporting experience
