In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to support the timely distribution of life-giving blood and products to Approved Health Providers while maintaining a commitment to all quality, safety and regulatory requirements.You will continually look for ways to optimise work processes within the Customer Service Team by actively learning and adapting your approach to achieve great outcomes. You will act with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm and be able to relate openly and comfortably with everyone. You will value interpersonal savvy and self-awareness and reflect on your own strengths and areas for development, making you a valued contributor.A day in the Customer Service Officer role will see you:Receive and confirm orders from Approved Health ProvidersProvide excellent customer service over the phone and via email for management of customer queries and feedbackLiaise with medical and scientific stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of ordersInput orders and logistical information efficiently into systems for further processing and fulfilmentEscalates all issues that result in deviation from the work schedule or standard work processesMaintain a high commitment to quality systems, quality control measures and applications.Sound interesting?
