We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager – Access Rentals to join our team in Perth.
Working with some of the world's biggest brands, such as Caterpillar, Haulotte, and Konecranes, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and representing United's trusted reputation across diverse industries.
If you have proven B2B sales or rental experience, a proactive approach to generating leads, and a passion for delivering tailored customer solutions, this role could be a great fit.
You'll be confident in conducting site appraisals, negotiating deals, and using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and deliver real results.

Qualifications / Experience
Proven B2B sales and rental experience with a proactive approach to generating leads
Self-motivated closer, results-driven and commercially savvy
Strong negotiator and relationship builder with excellent attention to detail
Creative problem solver with excellent communication and technology skills
Confident in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and deliver business outcomes
