The Opportunity
In the role of Senior Manager, Billing Centre of Excellence, you will guide the ERP/Billing Platform’s vision and functional excellence. Your efforts will ensure it provides measurable value for our mid-market business. You will improve the platform to raise adoption, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen customer experience outcomes across all teams involved.
In this role, you connect technology, business strategy, and end users. You design end-state solutions that help us move forward. You ensure our platform supports growth, efficiency, and customer success.
What You Will Be Doing
- Set and own the domain roadmap, priorities, and governance frameworks to guide the platform's strategic evolution.
- Own system reliability, compliance, data integrity, and security, ensuring the platform remains robust, trusted, and enterprise-ready.
- Champion innovation, finding opportunities to streamline processes, unlock efficiencies, and elevate business performance.
- Collaborate closely with CRM, Technology, and integration teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end experiences for internal users, customers, and partners.
- Design and implement feature adoption strategies that enable smooth transitions, minimise disruption, and drive confident uptake across all stakeholders.
- Maximise platform value by optimising features, workflows, and configurations to deliver sustained operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership across platform health and operations, including upgrades, version control, incident management, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong external partnerships to stay ahead of industry standards and emerging trends, embedding relevant innovations into the platform roadmap.
- Foster a high-performance, capability-led team culture through effective recruitment, development, coaching, and retention of top talent.
What You Will Bring
- Proven leadership experience in B2B technology and SaaS environments, guiding teams within product, platform, or functional ownership roles to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
- Hands-on expertise designing, building, and deploying solutions across SaaS ERP/billing platforms (Acumatica or similar), CRM/CPQ, and complex integration ecosystems.
- Track record in building and leading high-performing teams, with the ability to encourage, empower, and develop talent to consistently achieve bold goals.
- Proven capability in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and measurable business impact.
- Outstanding communication and influence skills, capable of forging strong, lasting cross-functional relationships.
- End-to-end delivery mastery, including requirements definition, decision papers, solution development, testing, cutover, controls, documentation, release management, and knowledge transfer.
