Duties
The Senior Prosecution Officer is responsible for reviewing the quality, accuracy, and completeness of prosecution files prepared by police before lodgement with the Court. The position ensures files meet evidentiary, legislative, and procedural requirements and provides direct feedback and guidance to police officers to improve prosecutorial quality and consistency. The role also contributes to capability development by training staff in correct file preparation and review processes and manages daily custody file workflows.

Qualifications
* Experience in prosecution, policing or legal administrative environments.
* Experience reviewing or preparing prosecution files.
* Experience delivering training or capability development.
