Production Manager - Smash Repairs
We are a busy family owned Smash Repairs located in Rocklea, looking for an experienced Production Manager for our site.
Candidate will be responsible for production management such as work allocation, maintaining quality repairs and processes, coordinating sublet suppliers and enforcing safe work practices.
We are looking for a motivated candidate who has good people skills, confidence, excellent time management and organisational skills.
Our long term staff are skilled but require an organised and motivated manager to ensure they are achieving their best results in a timely manner.
This role is full time and offering a competitive negotiable salary commensurate with ability.
You must have:
* Reliable own transport and manual license
* Trade experience such as panel beater, spray painter or estimator
* Previous management experience highly regarded
* Problem solving capabilities and patience
* Motivation
