About the Role
Are you a skilled Automotive Electrician with a passion for precision and problem-solving? This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical components in a variety of vehicles, ensuring safety and functionality for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in cars, trucks, and other motor vehicles.
* Install and repair electronic components, including alternators, starters, and wiring systems.
* Inspect and test electrical systems using specialized diagnostic equipment.
* Provide expert advice on system upgrades and replacements.
* Interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
* Maintain records of completed work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
What We Were Looking For
* Trade qualification as an Automotive Electrician (Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent).
* Workshop Management experience (desired but not necessary).
* Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical systems.
* Strong knowledge of modern vehicle electronics, including CAN Bus systems.
* Ability to interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Valid driver's license.
* Air‑conditioning and refrigeration certification (highly desirable but not essential).
