 
        
        Overview 
Library Assistant at AO2 level for 3 x evenings per week (5pm to 8pm; Mon, Wed, Thu) at the South Bank campus in Queensland. 
This contract will initially be from 8 October to 11 December 2025, with a possibility of extension. 
Responsibilities 
- Face to face customer service enquiries 
- Online customer service enquiries 
- Issuing and returning books 
- Assisting students with access to the library, equipment (e.g., printer) and systems 
Candidate profile / Requirements 
- Enjoy working in a customer-facing position 
- Available to work evening shifts from 5-8pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week 
- Robust administrative skills 
- Ability to assist with basic IT troubleshooting 
- Understanding of different library procedures and policies 
- Experience working in a library environment
