The role:
You will be responsible for the overall management of a 120-bed aged care facility, ensuring operational excellence and resident satisfaction. Leading a passionate team, you will champion best practices in care delivery, oversee financial performance, and foster a positive, people-centered culture. Your ability to build strong relationships with clinical teams and stakeholders will be key to maintaining compliance with accreditation standards and driving continuous improvement. Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in residential aged care management
* Strong operational and financial management skills
* Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and compliance requirements
* Passion for team development and quality care delivery
* Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
* Postgraduate qualifications in Health Management or related field (desirable)
