Job Description
* Bachelor's Degree in ICT
* 5+ years' work experience
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft networks, and maintaining various applications
* Analyse business processes within the real estate agency, including property listing, sales workflows, and lease management, to identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
* Coordinate system integration between internal platforms and external property listing websites
* Supervise system performance and install apply upgrades in a timely manner
* Identify and troubleshoot technical problems with minimum disruption to network
* Be proactive and responsible for risk management
* Responsible for maintaining hardware and software licences
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a small but effective team
Permanent Full-time position; Work location Perth. Salary $85,000
