Role responsibilities:
* Conduct pre-purchase and construction staged inspections
* Accurately compile app-based inspection reports
* Communicate effectively with clients and agents
* Follow our proven work-methods to ensure consistency
* Utilise strong computer skills to finalise our same-day building reports
* Be approachable, friendly, and enjoy being part of our team
Essential skills for this role are:
* Current WA Builders Registration
* Certified in Timber Pest Management (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010) or willingness to enrol
* Thorough knowledge of WA Building Code, Australian Standards, and relevant building regulations
* Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and technical drawings
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills within a team, with agents, and clients
* High attention to detail and customer service skills
Other requirements:
* Police clearance, valid driver's licence & reliable vehicle
* Set up to work from a home office
* Must be available Monday to Thursday minimum
* Willingness to travel: 100% (Mandatory)
* Work Location: Primarily on the road with home office
* Must be an Australian citizen
