The Role and Responsibly:
* Senor drafter managing the drafting process
* Developing concept plans based on client briefs and design objectives.
* Collaborating with architects, builders, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
* Managing design timelines and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Projects drawn up to full-size shop drawings to aid the machinists and joiners on the shop floor with the cutting, machining and assembly of joiner items/components.
* Projects drawn up to full-size shop drawings to aid the final fitting an installation of joinery items/components within set timelines.
* Developing drawings according to a brief that are functional, appealing and to specifications.
* Use computer applications/Pytha, to create shop drawings/plans/models and visuals.
* Researching and preparing plans, diagrams or sketches for interior constructions, materials, finishes, lighting and furnishing.
* Selecting suppliers of materials and labour.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years in a similar role and using Pytha, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
* Experience in the Joinery Industry.
* Comprehensive understanding of building codes, standards, and CC drawing requirements.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a creative eye for design.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
