Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for food preparation and presentation for patients, cafe, and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook meals in accordance with hospital standards and patient dietary requirements
* Manage kitchen staff and ensure a clean environment is maintained
* Develop menus for an exceptional dining experience
* Order and receive food and supplies
* Rotate stock levels and maintain inventory
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef
* Certificate in Commercial Cooking
* Current Food & Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Ability to cater to a wide variety of sensitive dietary requirements
* Must have a thorough understanding of allergy management practices
