Remuneration: $32.30 - $33.37 per hour
Camden and Campbelltown Hospitals are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Information Officers (Administration Officer Level 2) to join the Records Processing & Scanning (RPS) team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of administrative services across the facilities.
The successful candidates must be available to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. They will demonstrate strong teamwork skills, while also being capable of working independently. A high level of attention to detail is essential, along with solid computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
What You'll Be Doing
The Clinical Information Officer: RPS is responsible for a comprehensive range of customer service and administrative tasks associated with maintaining Medical Records (paper, hybrid and electronic) including medical record scanning to support the Clinical Information Department in providing a high quality service to its customers.
The Clinical Information Department is the centre for the collection of patient/client information. It manages Medical Records that store information concerning the patient/client and their care.

Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals, part of the South Western Sydney Local Health District, work together to provide comprehensive healthcare services to the Macarthur region.
Campbelltown Hospital, a leading tertiary facility, offers a wide range of services including cardiology, maternity, palliative care, respiratory medicine, emergency medicine, and aged-care services. It also features specialised Mental Health and Cancer facilities. Camden Hospital complements these services by specialising in care for older persons with acute or chronic health conditions, including rehabilitation, palliative care, geriatric evaluation and management, and psychogeriatric care.

- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow clearly outlined processes and perform tasks in a methodical manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster; including working day, evening and night shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays (depending on the roster).
- Demonstrated high level computer skills. Knowledge of Hospital Patient Administration Systems (PAS)/Electronic Medical Records (eMR) is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, process and work environments.
