Shepparton Access, a leading Learning and Lifestyle Hub, has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator.


About the Role

This dynamic role is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable duties, as well as providing administrative support to our organization. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be part of a dedicated team that strives to make a positive impact in the Shepparton region.


Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting with reception and administrative tasks, including purchasing, invoicing, and records management.
* Maintaining our financial management systems, including supplier and customer master files.
* Creditor and debtor management, including processing supplier invoices and payments, and customer invoicing and receipts.
* Supporting National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) claim management, including preparing service agreements and schedules of support, processing NDIS claims, and managing participant details and service schedules.
* Reconciling and processing petty cash, staff expense reimbursements, credit card transactions, and bank deposits.
* Providing assistance with legislative compliance requirements.
* Contribution to the development and implementation of organizational procedures and protocols.
