Job Description
This is a senior leadership role responsible for supervising works and teams to deliver high-quality maintenance services across the City's sewer, stormwater, and flood mitigation systems. Your key objective will be to develop and implement strategies that promote timely and productive outcomes, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute work plans, including resource allocation and project timelines.
* Lead and engage your team to achieve set goals and objectives.
* Coordinate customer service requests and respond accordingly.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record of leading and working effectively in a team environment.
* Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
* A Class C Driver's Licence.
* A General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
* A SafeWork NSW Traffic Controller Training Card and SafeWork NSW Implement Traffic Control Plans Training Card.
