Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) and bulk processing equipment across Tamworth and surrounding areas.
This hands-on role involves Maintenance and Repair, with a focus on complex electromechanical systems, including conveyors, sensors, motors, and mobile communications.
* Equipment Servicing: Regularly inspect, maintain, and repair installed RVMs and bulk processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
* Service Reporting: Accurately document service assignments, faults, and maintenance activities to inform future repairs and improvements.
* New Site Installations: Efficiently install kiosks and bulk processing systems at new sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support to partners and the public, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for product enhancements and report back to stakeholders, contributing to ongoing innovation and growth.
* Equipment Upkeep: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent unnecessary repairs.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintaining and repairing complex electromechanical systems, including experience with conveyor systems, sensors, motors, and mobile communications.
