What You'll Do
Lead the delivery of AI platform foundations
Translate platform vision into actionable squad goals, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
Set direction and remove blockers for a cross-functional team of 10–12, scaling as needed
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategic platform enablement across CTI & AI and federated business data science teams
Maintain a secure, scalable, and compliant platform aligned with enterprise guardrails
Mentor other Product Owners and contribute to the broader platform strategy
What You'll Bring
Background in engineering, data science, or architecture with solid technical acumen
Experience leading delivery in AI, cloud platforms, or enterprise data environments
Ability to set direction and influence
Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking across internal and external platforms
Proven ability to manage change, risk, and platform lifecycle in a dynamic environment
