We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join a high-profile digital transformation program within a Federal Government environment. This role will focus on supporting the delivery of ServiceNow-based business applications, ensuring quality outcomes through robust testing practices.
Key responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on testing and quality assurance practices for ServiceNow application delivery
* Develop and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, and reporting dashboards
* Streamline testing processes to support accelerated delivery timelines
* Collaborate with business analysts to refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
* Maintain and contribute to the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
* Support integration and automation testing, particularly for API integrations
* Engage with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across the program
Highly desirable criteria
* Strong experience working with ServiceNow in large-scale digital transformation programs
* Hands‐on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and ServiceNow testing capabilities
* Proven ability to work within Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps
* Solid understanding of API integrations within complex enterprise systems
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in ICT, business, or a related field
* Knowledge of government ICT delivery frameworks and operating models
* Understanding of Australian Government regulatory environments and policy frameworks
Skills and experience
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in a senior testing, business analysis, or similar role
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced delivery environment
* Experience working with vendors and system integrators in large programs
