A large ACT government agency is seeking to fill a critical role for 12 months as a Change Manager. Among many projects, one of them involves the delivery of a new ticketing system, real time passenger information system and a planning solution system.
Working closely with the Executive Branch Managers, they will identify and analyse risk and create actionable change management plans and supporting activities. This position will be required to pre-empt and identify stakeholders' expectations and concerns and respond with tailored activities and communication to quell concerns while keeping traction on progress.
**Responsbilities**:
- Work to develop and deliver end to end change management, from initial evaluation and problem identification, through to planning and guiding implementation and embed log-term change.
- Conduct analysis, incorporating impact and risk assessment associated with support and engagement at each stage of the change process
- Design, develop and implement communications and training associated needed as part of the change process.
- Develop and implement coaching programs to support senior managers and their teams undergoing organisational change.
- Build quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and influence change.
- This position does not involve direct supervision of staff.
**Required**:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Change Management or related disciplines would be highly regarded.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
