What You’ll Do
- Collaboratively design and deliver software and systems for Qwilr.
- Shape, plan, build, and operate Qwilr’s product features.
- Design and implement high‑quality solutions with deep technical understanding.
- Solve complex technical challenges cleanly and with a passion for maintainable software.
- Iterate on team development practices and technical excellence, constantly improving yourself and the engineering team.
- Seek collaborative and clear shared understanding of project requirements and priorities.
- Maintain a balance between quality and speed to deliver consistently awesome results aligned with Qwilr’s strategic goals.
