**About the role**
We're looking for a Customer Marketing Executive who is passionate about finding new ways to engage our customers and consumers via our Retail and Trade in-store environments through best-in-class customer experience. Leveraging your experience in marketing and shopper insights, you will support the Brand, Category, Sales and Store Operations teams to develop point of sale solutions - from brief and concept development, to implementation and measurement. You will also play a pivotal role in leading our Exhibitions and Events for our portfolio of brands.
Working closely with the Store Concept Activation Manager, and bringing with you experience in marketing or a related field, you will have a high degree of autonomy to bring your creative visions to life in some of Australia's largest Paint retailers.
This role has significant opportunity to make an impact across our portfolio of iconic and leading paint brands, including Dulux, British Paints, Porter's, Accent, Walpamur and Spring. With the support of a strong and passionate team, your only limitation is your imagination!

**Responsibilities**
- Planning, design and execution of Retail store of the future concepts
- Leverage deep shopper insights to drive recommendations in the design of point of sale and customer communications materials to drive in-store brand conversion
- Convert innovative and engaging concepts into reality, working together with your network of creative and production partners to rollout new retail and trade point of sale solutions in full and on time
- Manage a network of suppliers - drive innovation, high quality and efficiencies
- Event management - design, develop and execute complex events and exhibitions that demonstrate our best-in-class brand reputation and strength
**Skills & Experience**
- Degree qualified, preferably in a marketing or commerce discipline.
- Experience in retail environments, either as a retail employee or in a sales or merchandising role servicing the needs of retailers.
- Excellent project management skills, preferably including experience specifying, sourcing and managing 3rd party suppliers.
- Excellent understanding of consumer/shopper behaviours and their consumer journey.
- Leadership capability with a visionary mindset to enable strong collaboration and execution of plans
- Good written communication skills including document and presentation preparation.
- Experience in management and/or design of exhibition and trade show stands is very advantageous
