This is a permanent position based out of our Melbourne, Bendigo, Adelaide or Sydney offices.

What you'll bring to the role
To succeed in this pivotal role, you are a forward-thinking leader who knows what 'good' looks like. We are looking for:
* Proven NFR Expertise: Deep non-financial risk knowledge with proven application within the Banking and Finance Industry and the ability to evidence and implement contemporary best practices.
* Transformational Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams, driving cultural change, and leading through transformation. You ignite potential, elevate performance, and deliver a compelling vision.
* Strategic & Curious Mindset: A curious and collaborative leader, committed to coaching and uplifting capability, not just within your team but across the entire business.
* Technology and Data Acumen: A strategic appreciation for the role of technology, data analytics, and risk management systems in modern risk management.
* Influential Stakeholder Engagement: Highly effective engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive change at all levels of the organisation.
* Resilience and Change Experience: Extensive experience in organisational resilience and business continuity, with a strong understanding of guiding risk in change.
