Role Overview
We're seeking a seasoned Site Manager to join our SA Construction business and take a key leadership role. The position is an prospect to drive construction excellence, uplift site performance and build capability within a high‑performing team. You will partner closely with the Senior Site Manager and construction leadership to set the tone for site culture, champion Zero Harm, and ensure our delivery frameworks are applied to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
* Manage site operations, including all internal staff and subcontractors.
* Program management, sequencing and coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
* Drive site safety and ensure full compliance with WHS requirements.
* Oversee QA & QC across all trades, ensuring high‑end finishes and quality standards.
* Lead daily site operations, meetings and reporting.
* Manage all on‑site communication with clients, consultants and subcontractor.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager delivering complex projects within a Tier1 Commercial Buildings Project or similar.
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination and program delivery.
* A leadership style that inspires, influences and builds capability.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
* Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork and Lendlease values.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while balancing competing priorities across multiple projects.
