What Your Day Could Look Like
As a Social Worker, you'll play a critical role in supporting patients, carers and families across our regional facilities. From evidence‐based assessment and intervention to seamless collaboration with clinicians, you'll contribute to outcomes that matter across our health service.

* Driving service improvements that lift quality and access for rural communities.
* Building capability by supervising students and sharing knowledge across the team.
Let's Talk About You
You bring capability and care in equal measure. You think on your feet, advocate with integrity, and find practical solutions in complex moments. * Degree in Social Work and membership (or eligibility) with the relevant professional association.
* Clinical experience delivering social work within a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong communication, negotiation and advocacy skills, with sound time management.
