Regional Operations Manager
This highly experienced leadership position requires a customer-focused individual to inspire a team and create amazing customer experiences while ensuring commercial operations are tight.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead all aspects of site operations.
* Experience managing budgets and demonstrated understanding of food costing, waste management and site safety knowledge.
* Deliver exceptional premium experiences.
* Adhere to company health, safety and security procedures.
* Lead, manage and motivate a large team of chefs and facility staff.
* Manage client and resident expectations.
* Strong background in Facilities Management (FM), with proven experience overseeing cleaning, maintenance and asset management operations in remote or complex environments.
* Demonstrated capability in operational management of FM services, including planning, execution, compliance and continuous improvement across hard and soft services.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience managing a medium to large site with knowledge of culinary and cleaning services.
* Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
* Drive a positive team culture.
* Experience with financial reporting and be commercial and contract focused.
* Demonstrated background of delivering profitable business results.
* Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and deliver superior service levels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills while thinking on your feet.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety, a strong commitment to safety to ensure targets are safely achieved.
* Sound knowledge of HACCP.
* Ability to adapt quickly to ongoing business needs.
* Facilities Management experience is essential, including oversight of hard and soft services, compliance and contractor management.
