About the Role
We are seeking an ICT Support Technician to join our team and provide hands-on technical support across our internal systems, client environments, and enterprise software platforms. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure support, application administration, and project delivery — you'll be troubleshooting one day and supporting a client implementation the next.
Key Responsibilities
* Deploy, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Windows Server environments, networking equipment, and end-user systems
* Support the implementation and administration of enterprise supply chain software (Servigistics / PTC platforms)
* Configure and maintain secure remote access solutions including VPN and encrypted tunnel technologies
* Assist with project coordination activities including ticket management, status tracking, and documentation
* Maintain and administer internal web-based platforms and dashboards
* Provide technical support to team members and clients, including remote troubleshooting
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system guides, and support procedures
* Support secure ICT environments in line with client security and compliance requirements
* Install, test, and configure software applications and system updates
* Assist with website maintenance and internal tooling
About You
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an ICT support or technical role
* AQF Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent)
* Solid understanding of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
* Experience with hardware troubleshooting, peripheral maintenance, and system builds
* Familiarity with VPN technologies and secure remote access configuration
* Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work across multiple projects and prioritise competing tasks
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working in environments with confidentiality or security compliance requirements (desirable)
* Exposure to enterprise software platforms or ERP/supply chain systems (desirable)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,000.00 – $97,000.00 per year
