Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the quality of dishes aligns with our high standards and exceeds customer expectations by maintaining exceptional food preparation skills and consistency in appearance and taste.
* Maintain open communication with the kitchen team to deliver well-presented food to our guests and ensure seamless service.
* Adhere to and continuously monitor kitchen standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
* Coordinate inter-kitchen and department transfers in a timely and accurate manner to meet business demands.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of kitchen staff through coaching, mentoring, or other methods.
* Closely oversee performance standards for Stewarding Operations in the kitchen to minimize equipment breakage and optimize resource and equipment flow.
* Serve as a role model by demonstrating behaviors that reflect our company values and policies.
* Maintain knowledge of new cooking techniques and equipment to share with the team and support their growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A minimum of [number] years of experience as a sous chef in a similar role.
