As part of our Administration & Office Support team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our growing business. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer and General Manager, gaining valuable insights and practical skills in business administration.What You’ll Be Doing:Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team membersAssisting with the scheduling and co-ordination of vehicle maintenanceInventory ordering and managementGaining insight into how a successful office is managedOffering support with additional ad-hoc tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking For:Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn and/or existing proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office 365 and XeroA genuine interest in developing administrative skills and growing professionallyA proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach to workWhat We Offer:At Academy Business Services, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
