You will spend your day;
- Manage an end to end portfolio of income protection or TPD or mixed product portfolio claims
- Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process
- Work on claims related projects
- Coach and mentor junior claims consultants
They will love your background in;
- **Life claims assessment experience (Retail and/or Group) ideally across all products**:
- Sound decision-making skills and negotiation skills
- Qualification in legal or allied health will be highly regarded
