We are seeking an exceptional Administration Support Officer to provide high-level support to the Area Manager in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will be a quick thinker, highly organised, and computer literate, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Area Manager
* Manage correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries
* Prepare reports, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
* Assist with data entry and general office administration
* Support team operations and contribute to a productive workplace
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to think quickly and solve problems independentlyHigh level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Professional presentation and a positive work ethic
* Minimum of 3 years of administration or office support experience
* Previous administration or office support experience
* Experience supporting management staff
* Experience in the childcare sector highly regarded
* Knowledge of office systems and procedures
