About Our Client

What you'll be doing?
* Project Management: Oversee a portfolio of repairs ranging from $10k to $500k+, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards and meet regulatory requirements.
* Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients, providing proactive updates and addressing concerns promptly.
* Cost Control: Manage budgets, review invoices, and promote cost-saving techniques to maximize project efficiency.
* Team Leadership: Foster a solution-focused culture and motivate construction teams and subcontractors to achieve excellence.
* Safety Advocacy: Ensure compliance with WH&S policies and contribute to a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
Who are they looking for?
* Experienced Supervisor: Minimum 3+ years of experience managing multiple construction projects.
* Tech-Savvy Professional: Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of project management software.
* Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
* Problem Solver: Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex project challenges.
* Safety Champion: Solid understanding of Health & Safety policies and procedures in the construction industry.
* Qualified Professional: Building/Construction Management qualification (minimum Cert IV) and/or trade qualification, with QBCC license.
