**The Organisation**
Our client is an international market leading retail organisation. In a newly created role, the business is currently looking for a Payroll Systems Manager to lead a small team and play a key role in continuous improvement / compliance strategies for the payroll team.
**Position Description**
Reporting directly into the Head of Payroll, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquiries
- Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies where relevant
- Ensure accurate and timely process of payroll administration including compliance with statutory requirements
- Managing data migration, testing and end user deployment phases
- Provide system demonstration and training to staff
- Assist in the preparation and completion of required documentation
- Setting up standardised reports and report groups
- Data conversion
- Administer other ad hoc duties such as on boarding and off boarding processes
- Exposure to PayGlobal would be highly advantageous
- Thoroughly knowledgeable about administration and implementation of payroll systems
- Understanding of utilising payroll database software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to take initiative and accountability for assigned task
- High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload
