We are looking for an ICS to join Costco Services. If you are a fast learner who is data-savy, detail-oriented and loves helping members this is the role for you. You will ensure our monthly reconciliation reports and critical data are flawless, our vendors are coordinated and our members are well taken care of.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
- Take full ownership of monthly sales reconciliation
- Oversee the issuance, tracking, and reporting of Costco Shop Cards
* Act as the primary voice of Costco Services, managing the inbox and resolving member enquiries with professionalism and speed
* Assist in managing vendor contracts, design briefs and collateral
* Help coordinate in-warehouse roadshows and collaborate with the eCommerce and Marketing teams.
* Learn the end-toend operations of the Assistant Buyer to provide seamless coverage during leave periods
Required qualifications/Industry specific skills
Education/Training
- Higher School Certificate or higher
Knowledge/Skills
* Advance Excel knowledge is essential
* Proficiency in Google Suite and data entry is required ( Docs, sheets, slides)
* Prior experience with AS400
- Adobe Design Suite ( INDesign/Photoshop/illustrator) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task under pressure, and a problem-solving mindset
