ClearCompany is seeking a Help Desk Support Officer in Canberra to provide frontline technical support in a high-impact environment. This role involves resolving ICT incidents, delivering guidance to system users, and collaborating with technical teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in Help Desk roles, strong problem-solving skills, and IT qualifications (Certificate IV preferred). Due to the nature of the organization, Australian Citizenship and a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance are required.
