Operations professional required to help support client onboarding, deceased estates processing and intermediary/external planner functions for my clients Wealth Management business. Strong understanding around client lifecycle management and exception communication skills are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring all daily processes and SLAs are met within applicable timeframes
2. Maintaining a culture of high performance and excellent service for both internal and external clients
3. Contribute to additional administration projects as requested by management
4. Provide exceptional client service support to internal and external clients alike
5. Intermediary & External Planner administration
Required Skills:
1. Understanding of the various legislation and regulations within the financial services industry (AML, KYC, FATCA and CRS requirements)
2. Understanding of regulatory rules and how they apply to the business
3. Experience in the production of procedure writing documents, spreadsheets
4. Acute awareness of risk, with clear focus on control and timely escalation of risk items to management
5. Strong investigative, analytical and problem solving skills
