To meet our growing demands, we are looking for two Access Strategy Advisors to join our team.
**The Role**
**Reporting to the Access Strategy Lead**, you will contribute to schedule and production objectives of our Surat Gas Project (SGP) by ensuring the delivery of accurate development plans to Final Layout Approval by integrating with Arrow's Land Liaison Officers, Engineering, Construction and Operations teams.
These roles can either be Brisbane or Dalby based, working on a Monday to Friday roster.
If Brisbane based, there will some travel to our field operations as required.
**In addition you will**:
- Participation in early engagements with landholders to understand sentiment and property constraints to deliver improved Non Technical Performance for SGP especially in the delivery of Arrow's Commitments to Surat Basin Landholders.
- Integrate with the Access Layout Specialist and ensure relevant landholder information and technical constraints and planning decisions are capture and incorporated into the design and assurance processes.
- Support our Land Liaison Officers for responses to Landholders' queries on revised designs and ensure that correct information is provided through integrating closely with the Engineering and Construction teams.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safey environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
**To be successful in the role, you will have**:
- University degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Construction; and/or proven experience working in Coal Seam Gas field design and/or construction works;
- Proven skills integrating effectively and working productively with multidisciplinary stakeholders;
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical and project management skills.
