* Permanent / Full Time
* Salary: $64,207 - $72,166 gross p.a. plus 12% Super
* 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitime
* Located at Nowra Administration Building

About The Role
This position supports a customer-focused team responsible for managing the organisation's corporate records. The role contributes to maintaining accurate, compliant, and accessible information, while assisting with day to day records processing and the overall upkeep of records management systems. It's a practical, team-oriented position that helps ensure smooth handling of mail, documents, and files in line with established procedures. This includes:

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:

* A relevant qualification in information/records management and/or relevant demonstrated experience in a similar role.
* Current class C Driver's Licence
* Ability to consult, share information and work collaboratively.
* Well-developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to the extent necessary to liaise with all levels of Council staff for the purpose of providing a high level of service in relation to the control and management of Council records.

We are seeking an organised and reliable individual who demonstrates strong attention to detail and a professional approach to managing information. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively within a customer focused team, adapt to established procedures, and contribute positively to the accuracy and integrity of the organisation's records. A proactive attitude, sound communication skills, and a willingness to support continuous improvement in records management practices will be highly valued.
