About you:
My clients' brief is to find a Facility Manager who will be a strong leader with extensive clinical expertise in aged care and more importantly a passion for ensuring outstanding care is delivered to their precious residents.
You will be an individual who knows how to engage with your staff and take them on the journey to deliver nothing less than excellence in care.
You will have:
A minimum of three years' management experience in aged care
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
The capacity to manage in a highly pressured environment and ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Sound technical skills including familiarity with the use of clinical systems
Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
Full vaccinations
