About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure receipts are accurately inputted daily in accordance with company guidelines.
* Maintain and comply with Group Credit Procedures and document safekeeping.
* Manage customer refunds in a timely manner according to agreed service level and ICA agreements.
Customer Service Commitment:
* Contribute to AAL profitability by providing the highest level of customer service support, meeting targets set for service levels, policies outside credit terms, timeliness, and cost.
