* Coordinate logistics, including venue setup and vendor management
* Collaborate with local councils, community groups, and sponsors to secure support and resources
* Promote the event within the community through various channels
* Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive atmosphere on event day by coordinating volunteer teams and implementing necessary protocols
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Leadership and coordination experience, preferably in event planning or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach
